Account Security

The Security page manages account security settings.

Parent Identifier

The parent identifier is the global unique identifier for your account. This identifier is mainly used for member sign-in purposes, allowing members to identify which account is their parent account.

You can update the parent identifier value on this page.

Email Address

Your account email is displayed but cannot be updated on this page. To change your email address, contact the administrators.

Updating Your Password

To update your password:

1. Navigate to the Security page.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Save the changes.

After updating your password, you will not be signed out automatically. When you sign in again, use the new password.

Password Requirements

Passwords must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one digit
• At least one special character
