The High Risk section contains the account deletion option.
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account initiates a two-phase process:

| Permanent anonymization | After 30 days | All data is permanently anonymized | Not available |
Warning
After 30 days, all data is permanently anonymized and cannot be recovered.
Account Deletion Restrictions
When your account is in pending deletion status, everything is blocked. You cannot perform any actions until the account is either recovered or permanently deleted.
Effect on Projects
Deleting your account affects all projects associated with the account. Make sure to retrieve any necessary data before initiating account deletion.
Recovering Your Account
To recover a deleted account within the 30-day pending deletion period, contact Autheona support at support@autheona.com.
Important
You cannot recover your account yourself through the platform. Recovery requests must be made through support.
