We made a change to how we organize legal documents at Autheona. Everything is now consolidated in one place. A dedicated Trust Center.
You can find it at trust.autheona.com.
Over time, we accumulated legal documents spread across different pages. Service level agreements, data processing agreements, security documentation, sub-processor lists, compliance certifications, and more. They lived in different places. Some were hard to find. Others were inconsistent in format.
We moved all of it to the Trust Center. Now there is one URL to remember, one structure to navigate, and one place to look when you need legal or compliance information about Autheona.
A few core documents remain on the main Autheona website.
These documents are referenced frequently, linked from the main footer, and needed during signup, checkout, and general site navigation. Keeping them on the main site ensures they are easy to access exactly where people expect them.
Everything else is now at trust.autheona.com.
Legal documentation should not be hidden. It should not require a support ticket or a guessing game to locate. Teams evaluating Autheona need to understand how we handle data, what we commit to, and what protections are in place. Customers under contract need to find agreements and compliance evidence. Internal teams need a single source of truth.
The Trust Center solves this. It is a single destination designed specifically for legal and compliance documentation, structured clearly, and maintained centrally.
If you have existing bookmarks to legal documents, they may need updating. Most documents that moved now redirect to their new location in the Trust Center, but over time those redirects will be phased out.
Going forward, trust.autheona.com is the authoritative source for all legal and compliance documentation at Autheona. Terms, privacy, refund, and cookie policy will remain on the main site. Everything else lives in the Trust Center.
